Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings at any time. Upgrades are prorated instantly; downgrades apply next cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data (clients, invoices, deliverables) on any plan. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export, then it's deleted.
Do my clients need accounts?
Clients you invite get a free portal account to view their jobs, footage, and invoices. Client accounts don't count against your user limit.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. Sign up, import your clients, and you're live the same day.
How does billing work?
Monthly, charged to your card via Stripe. You can also pay annually for a 2-month discount on Starter, Pro, and Max.
