Questions
What counts as a team member?
Anyone on your staff who signs in: owners, managers and pilots. Your customers never count toward your plan, and they're unlimited. Starter is for one person; move to Pro when you add a pilot or office manager.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free. Choose monthly or yearly when you subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and customers can still view and pay their invoices. If you don't subscribe, the workspace and its data are deleted 90 days after the trial ends. We email you 30 and 7 days before.
How long do customers have to download files?
You choose: 7 to 365 days after delivery (30 by default). After that, files are deleted from our servers, so keep your originals.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries your card. You keep full access for 7 days from the failed payment; after that the workspace is read-only until it's paid.
How do my customers pay?
You connect your own Stripe account, so card payments go straight to you. Dronrly doesn't take a cut. You can also record cash, check and bank transfers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans anytime from Plan & billing in your workspace.
